Please read the following terms carefully.
All Trips are family-friendly. No smoking allowed on the bus (Federal
Law)
Please do not drink alcohol on the bus. Responsible consumption
at baseball games and in your hotel room, no problem.
What about rainouts?
Since we can’t predict in advance whether a game will be played,
(and all Major League Teams do not have the same refund policy) refunds
will only be given if a game is entirely rained out and rescheduled for
another date, and if the ball team grants a refund for the missed game.
In those cases, the ticket cost is the only part of the trip which would
be refunded. Transportation and lodging costs will not be refunded.
Deposits to hold seats on multi-day trips will be 100 dollars per person
and are nonrefundable. Seats are limited and held with deposit
only and are first-come, first-served. Balance is due 45
days before departure on multi-day trips. Seats on one-day trips to
Braves Games in Atlanta may now be reserved with a 29 dollar per person
deposit. Balance must be paid in full 10 days before departure on
one-day trips. Deposits will only be refunded if a particular
trip is cancelled. You would have the option of applying your deposit
to one of the other trips.
When signing up for a particular trip (be sure to read carefully)
- Please refer to each excursion by trip number in all payments.
Please make sure I have all available phone numbers (home, cell, work)
plus your return address.
- Please state bed preferences for hotels, King or two doubles.
Please state if you have a smoking preference, keeping in mind many
hotels are not allowing smoking anywhere inside.

. Balances on multi-day trips are due 45 days before departures.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will receive refunds,
minus the deposit and any money paid for hotel rooms, transportation
costs or related expenses. Cancellations made within 30 days of
departure will not be refunded.
We can offer reduced rates on Tour Packages for folks wanting to make
their own Travel Arrangements by air, or AMTRAK train joining the group
in one of the destination cities. Travelers using this option would
be responsible for additional expenses. Please call or email
Bill to make these arrangements.
Most Trips begin and end in Asheville, North Carolina. Our
bus can pick you up in another location if it is along the scheduled route
of the trip. On one-day Atlanta Braves trips, we can pick up
passengers in Hendersonville, North Carolina, Greenville and Anderson, South
Carolina and at locations along the I-85 corridor in North Georgia, and
at Commerce and Buford, Georgia.
Need a Hotel in Asheville?
For passengers from other States and locations who need a hotel in Asheville
for the night before or after a particular trip, Bill’s Baseball Tours travelers
can receive a reduced rate at one of four area Hotels. Contact Bill
