Our June 24-26, 2016 trip to the National Baseball Hall of Fame is the second visit by Bill’s Baseball Tours. The last visit by our group was in 2009! The Hall of Fame is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! Cooperstown, New York is a charming little village in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State. While it’s a long journey there from North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia (all are available stops along the way), it’s a great place to visit. Our 3-day-2 night tour also includes a baseball game in Baltimore at Oriole Park at Camden Yards between the home town Orioles and the Tampa Bay Rays. Motorcoach transportation, hotels, breakfasts, all tickets, snacks and a Tour Host are all part of your package price. Check out Trip #2 (or Trip #3 if you want to to a combination AMTRAK train and Charter Bus trip from locations in eastern North Carolina) on the website billsbaseballtours.com.
In addition to a trip to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York in late June 2016, Bill’s Baseball Tours will offer two one-day trips to Turner Field In Atlanta for Braves games during the final year of the “TED”. The Braves will move into the new Sun Trust Park in 2017. Plan to see the Braves take on the Chicago Cubs in June, and the New York Mets in September. Both one-day trips are just $90.00 per person and include Bus Transportation, game ticket, bottled water and canned sodas and Tour Host. The Cooperstown, New York trip will also include a major league game between the Baltimore Orioles and Tampa Bay Rays are Oriole Park at Camden Yards. There is also a minor league baseball trip from Asheville to Columbia, SC to see the Asheville Tourists play the Columbia Fireflies at a brand new ballpark in Columbia. The team in Columbia is the former club from Savannah, Georgia. Details are coming soon to the website, www.billsbaseballtours.com.
